Advanced Relational Sales Training
We offer a very unique relational sales training program that embeds personal coaching to deal with a participant’s emotional barriers to achieving high sales. The program’s unique method is to combine leading education with practical training exercises that are then applied in the work environment between the instructional weeks. The program covers:
- Behavioural profiling to recognise the participant’s unique sales strengths;
- Advanced communication techniques, including learning about the Human Representation Systems that show the three core types of communication types and how to sell to each;
- Advanced body language techniques;
- Goal setting and tools that help motivate participants to achieve sales; and
- It includes the opportunity for the company to have a branded and unique book published by Todd Hutchison for all participants.
The program was designed as a four week program of four half day training programs, following by a one-on-one personal coaching session, and aligned to certain work-related events. The innovation and uniqueness of this program is demonstrable by the following initiatives:
- Personalised Published Reference Book - In addition to the course manual, the program offers a personalised book that supports the training manual in a field handbook style. The concept allows for a customised book for the client, with the book’s title reflects the client’s name, and the book includes a chapter on the organisation and a photograph of all of the participants of the program. This level of customisation provides them with a memorable yet unique memory sake of the training (with their photograph in the published book) that allows them to carry this important reference resource into the work environment to further refine their skills taught;
- Merged Knowledge of the Sales Person and the Sales Techniques - The program integratesd the latest understandings in behavioural sciences around people dynamics that lead to the long standing salespeople learning more about themselves as well as new sales techniques that led to comments like, “"The singular most powerful course I have attended, and I have attended many.” ;
- Integration of Behavioural Modelling Tools – the course includes internationally acclaimed behavioural profiling tools that allowed the participants to gain a deep insight to their own styles, and how they impacted their clients and prospects. This leads to the education between tailored to the individual’s personal profile and circumstance and allows the participant to get training that relates solely to them and reflects the fact that each of us implement learning differently back in the workplace;
- Integrated Learnings into the Real Work Environment Between Sessions - The program integrates into work-related events between the training sessions where the learnt skilled could be applied in the workplace and reviewed during the program. For example the organisation may conduct a networking event where the body language and engagement techniques can be applied to real clients and prospects; and
- Face-to-face Coaching - The ultimate focus on student breakthrough, the formal education was followed by a one-on-one coaching session that dealt with the individual’s challenges, inhibitors or barriers to applying the skills and being successful in the workplace. As certified NLP coaches, this session resolves any barriers to their success with applying the new knowledge.
