Learn All About Your Profile
Imagine finding out your natural flow that will help you decide what career best suits you, what roles best utilise your natural talents, and how best to create Wealth. Your flow means what you do easier than others, what you can faster than others, and what you typically will enjoy more than others. Everyone has a unique behavioural style that is a blend of behavioural types.
People Rich use two of the best profiling tools in the world: Extended DISC® – one of the most validated behavioural tool in the world, and Wealth Dynamics – the fastest way to learn about your wealth profile.
You may have heard about the concept of modelling – meaning that if you do what someone successful is doing, and copy their behaviour, you are likely to get similar results to them, however neuroscience and behavioural modelling shows us that unless you have the same dominant behavioural style as them, you will find it more difficult, slower and likely you will not stick with it.
Introduction to the Wealth Dynamics Profile
The Wealth Dynamics profile shows there is actually eight key wealth profiles, called Creator, Star, Supporter, Deal maker, Trader, Accumulator, Lord and Mechanic. Based on a similar theory to the DISC behavioural profile, it comes from the study of the 3,000 year old Chinese Oracle called the I-Ching, and developed by Roger Hamilton into Western terms that can help you best understand how your style creates wealth and abundance.

An Introduction to the Extended DISC® Profile
The Extended DISC® builds on the work of Carl Jung and William Moulton Marston, and the acronym “DISC” stands for D (Dominance), I (Influence), S (Steadiness) and C (Compliance). You will have a unique blend of these four core styles, but it also explains why some people are perceived as opposite to you.
Research has shown that behavioural characteristics can be grouped into these four major divisions and all people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity. One of the personalised Extended DISC® will show you where you ideally sit in the blend of these (we can even tell your Wealth Dynamics profile from this graph), as well as where you flex in your typical work routine, and what areas you can most easily be developed in. Imagine being able to be told if investing in education for share trading, property or business suits your profile and will likely be use of your money (or more importantly if it will NOT be).
The main two profiles you get in the report will show you where your core style is (the unique blend of the four styles), as well as where you perceive you are (this reflects your adaption to your current role and environment). When they are not aligned, you know exactly why you are not in "flow" and what you need to change. Fancy that - a graphical solution that will help point out your current barriers to your ultimate success and where you are not using your energy wisely.
Extended DISC® provides you with the information to maximise the performance of you and your employees. Make better business decisions with confidence, find and live in your flow and start enjoying life more...
