Training and education is an important part of an individual's personal growth and who better to learn from than degree-qualified trainers who are practicing business professionals, actually utilising the skills that they teach in the corporate world. This provides participants with education based on practical and real-world experience, with a focus on emotional intelligence-based training. All of our training programmes can be supported by on-the-job coaching.

Sales and Client Relationship Training


People Rich offer an advanced people-based sales and marketing program that will significantly improve your sales skills. It focuses on the people aspects of building rapport and trust with the client to better provide solutions that value add to their life and work. This course covers linguistics, communication styles, body language, behavioural styles and explains how the brain can be used to significantly improve your sales.

 

The course is largely focused on understanding yourself and the relationship-side of sales. It incorporates the DISC behavioural styles and many aspects of the science of neuro linguistic programming, including developing an understanding of the value each brings to the sales team. The course also explains the importance of self-esteem, and the need to identify and resolve the personal inhibitors that impact sales performance.

 

The program ends with a one-on-one coaching that aims to build confidence and resolve barriers to individual's success.

Facilitation Training


People Rich team members are certified behavioural consultants. Extended DISC® (International Certification Training)


People Rich use and train in the internationally acclaimed Extended DISC® Profiling System. The acronym DISC stands for D (Dominant), I (Influencer), S (Stable) and C (Conscientious).  This model can be used separately for individual personal development or for building high performing teams within an organisation. There are four levels of training and accreditation available:

Coach Training


People Rich are currently in the process of formalising our coaching programme that will combine best practice coaching methodologies, methods and techniques utilising Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), DISC and Time Line Resolution (TLR™) techniques.

EFT Training (International Certification Training)


People Rich use and provide training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT),  an acupressure technique that helps overcome emotional issues and energy imbalances.
EFT is fast becoming recognised by mainstream psychology for its powerful healing abilities. Based on the ancient principles of acupuncture, it seeks to address unresolved emotional issues that negatively impact on our physical and psychological wellbeing. This is carried out using a simple and painless (no needles!) tapping procedure that gently realigns the body’s energy system.


EFT works on the premise that negative thoughts, memories or experiences cause disruptions in the body’s energy meridians, resulting in physical, psychological or emotional pain. When applied properly, EFT re-balances the energy disruptions and in the process dissolves associated symptoms, leaving the person with an experience of emotional freedom. Easy to learn, EFT is a highly effective tool that is ideal for self-help. Not only has it wide appeal because of its effects, which are usually rapid and long lasting but also because it can be used to work on a variety of issues, including stress, anxiety, grief and loss, emotional overeating, fears, sports performance, abundance issues, barriers to success and more.


The certification is issued under the authority of the Australasian College of Leadership and Coaching.

NLP Training (International Certification Training)


People Rich use and provide training in Neuro Linguistics Programming (NLP) a both Practitioner and Master Practitioner levels. NLP is an advanced mind science and modeling therapy. NLP also emcompasses hypnotism, and time regression training. People Rich is currently alligning this program to a nationally accredited qualification.

As our name suggests, our emphasis is on the people aspects of performance, and our team are all trained in the coaching and the psychology of excellence to ensure that our education and training programmes have a real impact on the client and their organisation’s performance.  Our trainers combine their own real life stories relating to their own experiences and match the learning styles of the participants.
