Corporate Planning Services:
People Rich has significant experience in developing strategy and being able to implement it based on our extensive expertise in project management. Our planning services are supported by a full planning methodology:
- Strategic Planning – People Rich can assist organisations with strategy development and the formulation and enhancement of strategic plans. These plans typically set out a three to five year strategic focus for the organisation, usually created by the company’s board.
- Operational Planning - People Rich can assist organisations with taking their strategy and creating annual operational plans to execute it. These plans typically set out a the annual initiatives that the organisation will progress, and directly link to the strategic plan.
- Portfolio Planning – People Rich can assist in helping a division or business unit in creating a strategy for managing their portfolio, which includes all their planned programs and projects

Our consultants are experienced and practicing Company Board members, and graduate members of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
- Implementing Staff Development Review Methodologies – People Rich help to design and implement a staff development and performance review process. We can offer staff profiling and assist in the development of position descriptions.
