People Rich® is the trading name and registered trade mark of People Rich Pty Ltd, originally registered as Mentor Alliance Pty Ltd. This young and vibrant Company was established in January 2003 and changed its name in February 2006 to better reflect its people centric focus. Today it has offices in Australia and the Unites States of America.
In 2006, the business formed its unique blend of mostly Master degree-level business professionals brought together from the professions of law, accountancy, financial services, engineering, education, information technology and psychology, giving our Company the capability to provide a holistic approach to performance improvement.
Due to the heavy emphasis on team development and culture-based performance, the People Rich team members are trained and certified behavioural consultants and become certified in the psychology of excellence, known as neural linguistic psychlogy/progamming (NLP). We are also the only humanistic neuro linguistic psychology (HNLP) training provider in Australia.
The team bring together their own professions’ expertise, combined with the best of breed of coaching techniques, such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Humanistic Neuro Linguistic Psychology (HNLP), time line therapy, hypnotism, Wealth Dynamics and Extended DISC profiling, and supported by more traditional counselling and psychology methods.
In 2006, the first People Rich CD product was released, entitled “Effective Goal Setting for Personal and Business Success” that has been touching the lives of many individuals attending our public seminars. Since then, the company has published many books and audio products, and in 2011 its Chief Executive Officer, Todd Hutchison, was featured in the international best selling book "Millionaire Mentors".
In 2007, People Rich officially became a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that operated under the trade name of the Australasian College of Leadership and Coaching, later becoming its own company. The first accredited programs offered include the Certificate IV and Diploma level nationally accredited qualifications in project management, and later expanded to Training and Assessment, Financial Services and Mind Sciences.
In the second part of 2011, global behavioural expert from America, Gary de Rodriguez, joined the team, making way for a USA office of People Rich.
This led to a change in logo that represented the new business partnership and Evolution Training's merger into People Rich.
