Dynamic and  inspirational international certified speaking professional (CSP), accredited trainer, author, and international consultant, Todd Hutchison, is known as the "Corporate Mechanic™" and has been recognised as one of Western Australia's pre-eminent business leader under the age of forty by WA Business News and the 2008 Rising Star by the National Speakers Association of Australia. He is a graduate and Fellow of the prestigious LeadershipWA program.

 

Todd helps you to "Step Out and Step In™" - to critically examine inhibiting areas that are stopping or slowing individuals and businesses reaching their potential. His work is based on performance through people, as people like to do business with people they know, like and trust.

 

With a love and passion for behavioural sciences, Todd is able to bring a wealth of business expertise, coupled with knowledge of business systems and infrastructure, and a deep understanding of how people work,  in transforming organisations through enhancing the peformance of individuals and teams.

 

Todd has significant executive leadership experience from having Director roles with over 50 staff, and currently resides as the Chairman of the International Institute of Project Coaching (and formerly the National Chairman of the Australian Project Management Institute Council and Chapter President), Chairman of the Polytechnic West (Swan TAFE) Audit Committee, Executive Director of the Natural Resource Management Regional Leaders Group (WA), and Managing Director and Chairman of the People Rich Group of Companies.

 

Todd has some sixteen tertiary qualifications across the disciplines of engineering, business and computing, including a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management from Deakin University , and a Masters of Commerce in Information Systems from Curtin University of Technology. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, and an accredited Master Project Director (MPD) with the Australian Institute of Project Management. He is the author of the world's first book in Project Coaching, being one of the world authorities on the subject.

 

He has received achievement awards from WA Business News, Curtin University of Technology, National Speakers Association of Australia, Project Management Institute, WA Squadron Air Training Corps and the WA Police Service, and having received a world championship award in pipe band music (grade 2) in 1998 with the Western Australia Police Pipe Band in Glasgow Scotland.

 

Todd also is an internationally certified DISC and Extended DISC Behavioural Consultant and accredited Master Trainer, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and Trainer, Master Coach and a Master Time Line Therapist. He is also trained in Quantum Linguistics, Germanic New Medicine and formerly studies neuroscience at the University of Delaware (USA).
