International best-selling author, educator and global consultant, Todd Hutchison, is known as the Corporate Mechanic™ and has been recognised as a pre-eminent business leader by WA Business News and an awarded speaker and certified speaking professional (CSP) by the National Speakers Association of Australia.

Inducted into the Worldwide Who's Who Hall of Fame in 2013, Todd was awarded the 2013 Professional of the Year (Consulting).

He takes a helicopter view of helping people and businesses get clarity on their strategy and areas of improvement, and supports them making it happen through project management and behavioural performance.

Todd is a graduate and Fellow of the prestigious Leadership Western Australia programme, a Fellow of the Australian Institutue of Management, a founding member of Rotary Bay View Claremont, and was featured in the international best-selling book Millionaire Mentors as an acclaimed Mentor in Australasia.

Todd resides as the founder of People Rich, with offices in Australia, the USA and UK, and the CEO of the Asia Pacific region, as well as the Chairman of the Australasian College of Leadership and Coaching, and a Board Director of the Institute of Mind and Behavioural Sciences.

With a love and passion for behavioural sciences, Todd is able to bring a wealth of business expertise, coupled with knowledge of business systems and infrastructure, and a deep understanding of how people work, in transforming organisations through enhancing the performance of individuals and teams. He specialises in performance behaviour and project management.

Todd Hutchison - Certified Speaking Professional Todd has significant executive leadership experience, having executive Director roles with organisations like Deloitte, Curtin University and the People Rich Group, and a former Officer in Charge position the WA Squadron Air Training Corps (rank of Pilot Officer).

He has significant board of management experience including the former roles as the National Chairman of the Australian Project Management Institute Council (and WA Chapter President), Chairman of the International Institute of Project Coaching, Chairman of the Polytechnic West (Swan TAFE) Audit Committee, and Council member of Curtin University.

Todd has some nineteen tertiary qualifications across the disciplines of engineering, business, coaching and information technology, including a Masters of Business Administration in Technology Management from Deakin University, and a Masters of Commerce in Information Systems from Curtin University of Technology. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute, a certified Master Project Coach with the International Institute of Project Coaching, and an accredited Master Project Director (MPD) with the Australian Institute of Project Management. He is the author of the world's first book in Project Coaching, being one of the world authorities on the subject.

Todd Hutchison He has received achievement awards from WA Business News, Worldwide Who's Who, Curtin University of Technology, TAFE, National Speakers Association of Australia, Project Management Institute, WA Squadron Air Training Corps and the WA Police Service, and having received a world championship award in pipe band music (grade 2) in 1998 with the Western Australia Police Pipe Band in Glasgow Scotland.

Todd also is an internationally certified DISC and Extended DISC Behavioural Consultant and accredited Master Trainer, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner and Trainer, Master Coach, a Master Time Line Therapist and a certified PsyOpus TSS Consultant. He is also trained in Quantum Linguistics, Germanic New Medicine, Counselling and neuroscience.
